Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will support with the strategy, sales support and account management of current and new clients across Sports and Culture.As a Partnerships Manager at House 337, you will:

  • Advise brands and rights holders on partnership strategies to align with our goals.
  • Develop applicable insights to maximise commercial value and Return on investment from partnerships.
  • Help identify and secure new partnerships for our clients through tailored pitches and negotiations.
  • Support rights holders in packaging and marketing partnership assets.
  • Be the primary contact for strategic sport and culture clients, encouraging relationships.
  • Manage partnership activation plans, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural shifts to inform strategies.
  • Use data to recommend innovative solutions for partnership growth.

You will bring:

  • Ability to align partnership strategies with business goals
  • Capability to support partnership sales and navigate complex negotiations.
  • Proficient in using data and analytics to evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements
  • Ability to craft unique solutions for brands and rights holders
  • 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience advising brands or rights holders on commercial strategy and/or activation
  • Experience with partnership sales, pitch creation, or deal negotiation
  • Familiarity with key industries like sports, entertainment, or music and have a network within these sectors
