Partnerships Lead | MAF Retail | UAE Corporate Head OfficeROLE SUMMARY
The Partnerships Lead is responsible for supporting the Head of Partnerships in managing and overseeing the Partnerships Function under Corporate Development Department for MAFR. The role holder is also responsible for supporting in managing the end to end process on partnerships assignments from initiation to execution to post deal performance monitoring in relation to MAFRs offline, online, marketplace and new businesses (Food, B2B, H&B, etc.).ROLE PROFILE

• Support in guiding the business and overseeing the end to end process from initiation to execution of the Partnership
• Post execution review of partnerships financial performance
• Support managing the end-end business partnerships that drive value across MAFR including identifying and implementing such agreements
• Oversee sourcing of new partnership opportunities including attending relevant conferences, networking events and calling on new prospects
• Creating project plans and revising them as appropriate to meet organizational changing needs and requirements
• Monitor and stay abreast of technological, legal and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of the project and make recommendations for improvements and highlighting innovations and requirement of bringing up initiatives from
• Support with the review financial performance
• Support with the contract reviews for the partnership to ensure MAFR policies and standards are complied with

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant to the role
• 5+ years experience in operations and project management role in a corporate organization or consultancy
• Experience in corporate development or similar role in a corporate organization
• Ability to take initiative and have a strong sense of ownership over executing initiatives
