• Provide and manage management and performance reporting with analysis and recommendations to various management groups and stakeholders
• Support sales teams with market insights and competitive analysis
• Support to design, build, maintain, and control/manage the Partnership Distribution database and reporting tool
• Analyze all informational requirements, develop database specifications, and enforce all database standards
• Coordinate budget planning/ forecasting process/sales target setting
• Ensure compliance with local budget and expense guideline, establish and maintain appropriate internal controls
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by direct manager and department heads in order to meet business needs

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University degree with 3-5 years working experience in financial analysis, management reporting
• Experiences in insurance/ financial services preferred
• Curious and courageous to share insights and propose new ideas in business solution
• Strong analytic capability and time management skills
• Positive mindset, self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Be a team player
• Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint tools for developing financial models, data analysis and management presentation
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
