It’s no wonder 98% of patients report being fully satisfied with Upward Health!Job Title & Role Description:The Partnership Specialist will join the Upward Health Business Services team, serving as a key navigation point between our clients and the Clinical Operations team. This role is responsible for leading written communication with our clients, particularly as it relates to direct patient referrals. The role will also support client reporting needs and complete audits for those clients focused on care coordination. This role reports to the Senior Director of Business Services.Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfort working with tracking tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of healthcare operations and reporting, including experience with client audits or quality documentation
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, virtual environment with shifting priorities
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
