Job description: We’re here to create and harness knowledge, to deliver opportunity for everyone.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Finance Administrator to join the Partnership Team within Faculty of Education.Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Processing payments to schools, students and other external providers of services in an efficient and timely way
• Ensuring best value for money when sourcing quotes services such as travel and accommodation
• Monitoring the Partnership inbox and directing queries to relevant colleagues

You will work closely with colleagues across the department and faculty to ensure the best student and partner experience is provided and queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.For informal enquiries about this vacancy, you may wish to contact: Lorraine Partington, Head of Partnership Development atAbout YouAs Partnership Finance Administrator, you will have:

• High level customer service skills and experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills and an eye for detail
• Experience working in a busy office environment

• A friendly, approachable and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn

Expected salary: £24215 – 25804 per year
