Job description: Job DescriptionPartnership and Innovations Lead – Neurodevelopmental Assessment ServiceLocation: Remote (with occasional meetings in the office) and requirement to travel for commissioning opportunitiesSalary: From £50,000 plus travel expensesEmployment Type: Full-time, Part-time, FTC (6 months), or Permanent all considered.Your new organisation: Is a pioneering organisation dedicated to providing the highest quality neurodevelopmental diagnostic assessments, treatment, and support for autism, ADHD, and mental wellbeing. Their mission is to secure positive outcomes for the individuals we support. You will work closely with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) within the NHS to build and commission opportunities, market their services, and develop strong relationships. You will play a key role in redesigning the future of neurodevelopmental diagnostic assessments, treatment, and support for autism, ADHD, and mental wellbeing.Role Overview: I am seeking a dynamic and compassionate Partnership and Innovations Lead to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for networking and marketing the organisation, securing contracts, and leading service redesign initiatives. You will work from home, managing your own diary, and meet face-to-face with the director approximately once or twice a month.Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and commission opportunities with ICBs and other stakeholders.
  • Market the organisation and develop strategic relationships.
  • Secure contracts and drive business development.
  • Lead service redesign and manage service leads.
  • Network and represent the organisation at various events and meetings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Clinical background with significant commissioning experience.
  • Understanding, approachable, and confident.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage own diary and work independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the organisation.
