Job description: We are searching for an exceptional Partnership Affiliate Manager to join our client’s dynamic software development startup. Our client is a prominent multi-asset liquidity and technology white-label solutions provider for brokerages and exchanges, and with a well-funded operation and a team of over 200 employees, they are revolutionizing the industry.Responsibilities:

• Recruit new affiliates /agents/ partners Build and Maintain relationships with new and existing affiliate/ agents / partners
• Build commercial conditions for the partnership chain and maintain it in up to date condition
• Coordinate with the educational department to develop assets for the

affiliate training * Affiliate support and tracking of affiliate progress

• Coordinate with marketing department regarding preparing conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers,

banners). * Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates

• Represent company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc)
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by promoting company products and services to potential partners.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience of payment-related business development experience
• Fluent English
• Previous experience in partnership (affiliate management) is the must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to speak (Chinese or Thai or Vietnamese or Japanese) added advantage
• Strong knowledge of successful marketing industry related strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Any additional language skills would be considered as a great advantage.
• Strong understanding of crypto and fiat payment markets is essential.
• Open for business trips
• Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
