Competitive Partner – Social Infrastructure & Transactions/DealsJD Ross have partnered with well-known national consultancy who are rapidly expanding and are looking for Partner to oversee and grow a talented team of consultant professionals.Our client provides strategy, ESG & sustainability, capital advisory, policy and reform, and business advisory services to a wide range of industries assisting in the transition to a net zero, sustainable future.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects focused on social infrastructure within the sustainability sector.
- Develop and implement transaction strategies that enhance social outcomes and drive decarbonisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and private sector partners.
- Provide thought leadership in the field of sustainability and social infrastructure, contributing to publications and industry forums.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social infrastructure, transactions, and sustainability consultancy.
- Strong understanding of decarbonisation strategies and their application across various sectors.
- Experience working for a consultancy (Big 4 highly regarded)
- Strategic Capital Allocation Assisting clients in re-evaluating capital allocation and investment decisions influenced by climate change and ESG factors.
- Comprehensive Advisory Services: Offering services in debt and equity structuring, commercial due diligence, and support for separations, integrations, and joint ventures.
- Transaction and Financial Support: Providing assistance in capital raises, transaction strategies, financial modeling, and feasibility studies for informed decision-making.
