Job description: Partner hiring.Practice Area – Commercial​

• Business Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts such as distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and joint venture contracts.​

• Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in commercial disputes, both in and out of court. Develop effective litigation strategies and advocate for clients’ interests in arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.​

• Regulatory Compliance: Guide clients through regulatory challenges in the commercial space, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as antitrust laws, consumer protection laws, and industry – specific regulations.​

Practice Area – Corporate​

• Corporate Transactions: Lead and execute corporate deals, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and capital raisings. Provide strategic legal advice from deal origination to closing, managing due diligence processes and deal documentation.​

• Corporate Governance: Advise boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance matters, including compliance with corporate laws, b/e/s/t practices, and fiduciary duties.​​
