Job description: What you’ll bring to the team:Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NEHere at Chessington World of Adventures we are recruiting for a Park Presentations Team Leader to join our Operations team!In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Park Cleaning team on a day-to-day basis. Ensuring that a clear plan is written at the beginning of each day and that resources are allocated correctly so that both guest facing and back of house areas are cleaned and maintained to above industry standards.Reporting to the Park Cleaning Manager, you will work alongside other Duty Managers to take appropriate action based off our guest feedback and KPI’s. You will drive a guest obsessed culture amongst the team, acting as a role model for the team to follow.You will also be expected to have a natural affinity with guests assisting them with any Resort queries they may have.Shift times vary between 06:00 – 15:00 & 12:00 – 21:00 and will include weekends and bank holidays.This is a physically demanding role, that will require a lot of walking, use of chemicals and heavy lifting. Qualifications & Experience:

• Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn!
• Great attention to detail is a must.
• Can do attitude and willingness to work hard.
• Good understanding of the Resort.
• Previous management experience is preferable but not required.

Pay Range: GBP £12.58/Hr.
