• drafting and preparation of documents including announcements, circulars, press releases, etc. for regulatory bodies …

• ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including pre and post IPO Governance requirements

Banking/ Finance

• drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents including loan agreements, corporate approvals, etc
• conduct legal company searches, litigation searches and due diligence checks

Dispute Resolution

• conducting legal searches
• drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents
• acting as main liaison between lawyers and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Law or related fields
• fluent in English
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
