Our company supports communities and disadvantaged individuals/groups in a range of areas including, personal development and wellbeing, social inclusion, employment training and placement, enterprise supports (including grants), social enterprise, community development, environment, and climate action.Community Tobacco FacilitatorTobacco Free Ireland is a HSE national policy priority programme which aims to reduce the prevalence of smoking to less than 5% of the population from 2025 onwards.The Community Tobacco Facilitator will work towards achieving this objective by engaging with population groups and communities where smoking prevalence is highest and will facilitate a range of behavioural support strategies and initiatives to help make Smoke Free the norm in keeping with HSE Policy and standards.
