  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or quality control are a plus.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, warehouse operations, or quality control is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry systems.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks related to delivery, sorting, and quality control processes.
  • Delivery & Sorting Coordination: Assist in coordinating product sorting activities and ensure proper categorization based on size, type, location, and other relevant criteria.
  • Quality Control Documentation: Record inspection results, report non-conformance, and maintain quality control logs.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between warehouse, logistics, and packing teams to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
  • Inventory Management: Update inventory records, assist in stock-taking, and ensure sorted items are accurately reflected in the system.
  • Data Entry: Input delivery details, QC data into internal or external systems, and generate reports as needed.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all sorting and packing QC processes follow company policies and health & safety guidelines.
