Job description: We are currently seeking a Packaged Consultant – General Ledger (PeopleSoft) for a Contract role with one of our clients.Duration: 3+ Months
Location: RemoteJob Description:

• Lead and support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance efforts for the PeopleSoft General Ledger module.
• Analyze current GL processes and develop strategic recommendations to optimize efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure GL solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Create, update, and maintain strategy documents, process flows, and system configurations.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses, system testing, end-user training, and documentation as part of GL solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft GL issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay current with PeopleSoft updates and best practices to maintain an optimized and secure GL environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft General Ledger functionality, configuration, and reporting tools.
• Proven experience implementing or supporting PeopleSoft GL modules in a medium to large complexity organization.
• Demonstrated experience in creating strategy documents and aligning system functionality with business goals.
• Active PeopleSoft Certification in General Ledger or Financials.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other PeopleSoft Financials modules (e.g., AP, AR, AM).
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft integrations and data migration tools.
• Understanding of financial compliance standards and reporting requirements (e.g., GAAP, SOX).
