In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, analyzing, and managing overhead costs for our Irish business. You will play a crucial role in preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making, while serving as a key business partner to several members of the leadership team.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overheads forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with department heads and cost center owners to provide financial insights and support.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis on overhead spends to key stakeholders, ensuring clear actions to achieve budget targets.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to overheads.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including posting payroll and overheads journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with external reporting for government surveys.
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and achieve KPIs.
• Support the Senior FP&A Manager with financial audits and other finance projects as needed.
• Provide additional ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence to lead the finance agenda with senior stakeholders using persuasion and influencing techniques.
• Management accounting background, including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Relevant experience in forecasting and budgeting.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in Finance.

Education/QualificationDegree-qualified and fully/part qualified with ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent.
