Job description: JOB OVERVIEWConstruction Materials Purchasing Assistant (Remote or Onsite)We’re hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to manage the procurement of materials for our active construction projects. You will become the main point of contact for ordering supplies, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with our team to ensure materials arrive on time and in full.Key Responsibilities:Place orders with approved suppliers and vendorsTrack deliveries, verify inventory, and follow up on outstanding itemsMaintain organized records of all purchases and delivery logsCommunicate with the construction team to ensure all material needs are metFollow up to confirm all orders are fulfilled correctly and on timeWe Provide Full Training, including:How to contact and work with suppliersHow to check inventory levels and delivery logsHow to record purchases and follow up professionallyWhat We’re Looking For:Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple orders and follow up consistentlyFamiliarity with spreadsheets or inventory software is a plusExperience in purchasing, logistics, or construction is helpful, but not requiredSKILL REQUIREMENT
