Due to company growth they are looking for an experienced Order Processing Officer to join their close knit team in Leichhardt. This is a newly created role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer invoices & maintain exceptional accuracy across various systems and supplier portals.Key Responsibilities:

• Process Sales Invoices for goods confirmed delivered to customer – liaise with third party warehouse to confirm despatch
• Purchase Order Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Team and customers to ensure correct Purchase Orders are received.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders by investigating and resolving invoice and delivery-related queries.
• Manage month-end procedures as required. Ensure all invoices have been raised for product that has been despatched. Ensure credit notes raised for invoice disputes
• Perform ad hoc tasks to assist the wider finance team.

About you:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised professional who can demonstrate the following essential skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience processing customer orders and raising sales invoices for physical product
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly at an intermediate level in Excel
• Ability to pass a NSW Police Check
