We TEAM UP to deliver exact and damage-free orders. Your efforts are the foundation that definesUS FOODS® success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.Current Schedule : Sunday – Thursday 3:30pm – until orders completeCharlotte Flex Schedules:Flex schedules are not guarenteed and are based on availability, after 5 weeks.Offering multiple full-time night shift/schedules when available; potential options will include 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day workweeks.*5-day workweek (2 days off)*4-day workweek (3 days off)*3-day workweek (4 days off)What You Bring to the Table

• Must be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday.
• At times weekends and holidays will required
• Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred
• Lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.
• Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred

Physical RequirementsComfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees requiredAbility to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift requiredGreat Night Warehouse Selectors are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization.
