Job description: Order Management Specialist (fresh grad welcome)Our client, a renowned sportswear brand, is seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join their team as an Order Management Specialist.· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.· Experience in order processing or customer service is an advantage.· Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.Responsibilities:· Manage purchase order (PO) confirmations and process amendments, including shortages, vendor changes, order modifications, and shipping mode adjustments.· Oversee daily operations performance, ensuring compliance with company policies as outlined in the PO Management Manual.· Liaise with equipment factories to confirm cargo ready dates and resolve issues such as delayed SI submissions, late bookings, or missing closing dates.· Report factory non-compliance to management for further action.· Support senior management in monitoring factories and identifying cases requiring Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).· Conduct weekly meetings with vendors to maintain strong communication and alignment.Requirements· High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.· 1–2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related role is a plus.· Independent, highly organized team player with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.· Ability to prioritize tasks and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.· Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in a business-related major are encouraged to apply.Interested parties, please press “APPLY” or send email via [email redacted, apply via Company website].All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
