Main responsibilities include supporting all aspects of tracking and packing orders, stock management, and liaising with merchant partners and customers. It is an ideal opportunity to apply your supply chain knowledge and enhance your communication skills.What you will be doing…

• Assist in inventory planning to optimize stock level to meet order fulfillment;
• Download daily orders from client platform
• Creating purchase order for merchant partners
• Monitor fulfilment progress to ensure timely deliveries
• Liaise with vendors on stock availability
• Assist in client invoicing & vendor billings
• Organize & upload product specs
• Track and manage product pricing, updates and shipment details
• Support administration and paperwork
• Perform ad-hoc work or projects if necessary

Who are you:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• A team player who is responsible, independent, willing to learn and accept challenges
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills
• Good command in both written & verbal in English & Chinese
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment under pressure
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate is also considered
