Job description: FalCom continue growing meaning that we are looking for a new Order Fulfillment Manager to continue ensuring effective order fulfillment at Falcom.The team you will be a part of is a small, but mighty team appreciating close collaboration with high level of trust and flexibility. You will report to the Director of Operations Per Grönvall, but your daily work will be with several internal and external stakeholders in the business.FalCom is built on GN’s foundation as a global leader in intelligent audio solutions with headquarters in Ballerup. We create advanced hearing protection solutions enabling special operations, military, law enforcement, and security personnel to communicate in the most extreme environments – all while providing advanced hearing protection.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be exposed to many different projects and tasks as FalCom is on a journey of growth and our systems and routines must continuously be adapted to new needs and requirements.What will you be doing?

• Coordinate and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Work closely with the Operations team for manufacturing schedules and the R&D team for possible customizations
• Maintain continuous communication with internal stakeholders and customers regarding the status of their orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
• Generate and manage invoices upon correct delivery of orders
• Identify and update master data in the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and integrity

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain management or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems, like Dynamics 365, is desirable for this position
• Experience in project management and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and work effectively with various departments and external partners
• Take the initiative to collect and evaluate data to ensure well-informed decisions are made, and employ effective organizational abilities to oversee numerous tasks and their respective deadlines
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to identify issues and develop effective solutions and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and taking the initiative to implement changes
