Function: Human Resources / ERP ConsultingWhat Does an Oracle HRMS Consultant Do?An Oracle HRMS Consultant is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS HR and payroll implementations, supporting ongoing enhancements, and ensuring smooth operations in a digital banking environment. The role includes stakeholder engagement, configuration, reporting, and user support.What Are the Key Responsibilities?– Manage and support Oracle HRMS R12.2.7 modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service
– Lead implementations across HRMS features such as Retro-Pay, Document of Records, and HR Budgeting
– Handle payroll cycles, fast formulas, element creation, costing, and element links
– Build and maintain reports using Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and BI Publisher
– Prepare and document deployment steps and ensure data security and compliance
– Provide technical and functional support for HRMS integrations with banking platforms
– Understand HRMS module structure and maintain integration across EBS modules
– Collaborate with agile teams and product managers to enhance HR-related features
– Provide end-user training and ongoing support for system enhancementsWhat Skills Are Needed for Oracle HRMS Roles in Abu Dhabi?Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HRIS, or related disciplineExperience:
– Minimum 5 years working in Oracle HRMS R12.2.7
– Completed at least 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations
– Hands-on experience in the banking sector is preferredTechnical Skills:
– Expertise in Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Retro-Pay, and HR Budgeting
– Knowledge of fast formulas, element setups, costing, and payroll processes
– Proficiency in Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and BI Publisher
– Understanding of Oracle EBS security levels and module integration structureTools & Methodology:
– Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Confluence and Jira
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPointSoft Skills:
