Job description: CONTRACT: Oracle Fusion Senior System Analyst with our Provincial Client, the Government of New Brunswick / Service New Brunswick.This work can be performed remotely.
The successful candidate(s) will report to the Manager, ERP Solution Services
The successful candidate will be required on a full-time basis for a period of two (2) years, with one (1) one-year optional renewal period, commencing August 1, 2025 (or sooner if possible).NB Based Work Location (Preferred Option): The ERP Project Team Office is located at 440 King Street, King Tower, Suite 234 Fredericton, NB.
Remote Work Location: SNB will consider remote work (outside of NB) but the contractor may be required to meet with SNB officials at the SNB Office in Fredericton at various times as needed during the engagement. If the successful contractor is proposing to complete the work remotely, SNB may require a minimum of 1 or 2 site visits (to Fredericton) per year during the engagement.
- Developing and supporting IT solutions that meet client’s business requirements and goals, while adhering to standards and best practices and maintaining information integrity across all solutions deployed within the Oracle Fusion environment(s).
- Providing operational support functions tied to client application enhancements and/or ERP SaaS Platform advancements.
- Developing reports leveraging Oracle Fusion Transaction Business intelligence (OBTI) and Oracle Fusion Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) toolsets.
- Interacting with various stakeholders) to collect and understand client and technical requirements.
- Conducting preventative maintenance, which includes changes to the ERP Platform and client applications that would improve system performance or application usability.
- Collaborating with other teams (Integration, Infrastructure, etc.) within Technology Services to investigate and ensure implementation of effective solutions.
- Providing technical expertise and mentoring in all aspects of application development, maintenance, and support
- Providing technical expertise and mentoring with regards to standards and processes for deliverables
- Ensuring application design/development, maintenance and support activities adhere to policies, standards, processes, and procedures
- Working with business analysts, technical teams, and business units to review business needs, recommend and develop solutions to address their requirements
- Contributing to defining, documenting, and improving on issue, change, and risk management processes
Mandatory RequirementsNo. Required Experience
M1 A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or in another related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience with guiding businesses in improving processes OR a two (2) year College Diploma in a related discipline with a minimum of seven (7) years related experience with exposure to analysis of organizations or business domain and documentation of their business, processes and supporting systems. 5 or 7 years
M2 7 Years System Analyst experience in investigating system issues, designing new functions, and completing the required configuration to implement changes to ERP systems 7 years
M3 5 Years experience with one more Oracle Fusion Cloud products: Human Resource Management, Financial Management Procurement and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) 5 years
M4 Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English. N/A

S5 Experience with SaaS or PaaS solutions or technologiesS6 Experience in assessing the impacts and risks of customization and configuration to support long term system and business process sustainability within a SaaS application. 5 Years
S7 Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, preferably in the fields of Human Resources, Finance and/or Procurement. SaaS Implementation experience is an asset. 5 Years
S8 Demonstrated experience in proper prioritization of assigned activities or tasks. Describe your approach to managing your time through proper prioritization of activates. Identify what inputs (sources of information) and check and balance you apply to ensure proper prioritization. 5 Years
S9 Experience with Oracle Fusion Transaction Business intelligence (OBTI) 4 Years
S10 Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) 4 Years
S11 Knowledgeable in Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, and Reports with 3rd party applications. 4 Years
S12 Demonstrated experience in developing operational procedures, standards, and/or policies to achieve identified business outcomes. Provide details on the types of deliverables produced and the approach taken to produce them. 5 Years
S13 Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in French would be an asset. Yes / No
