  • ARCS
  • EDMCS
  • CPA

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

  • Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader leading practices in the following areas:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting, Long Range Planning, Rolling Forecasting;
  • KPIs, Management Reporting;
  • Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting;
  • Financial Master Data Management;
  • Account Reconciliations;
  • Narrative Reporting; and,
  • Profitability and Cost Management.

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader leading technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools:

  • EPBCS – Enterprise Planning, Budgeting Cloud Services;
  • FCCS – Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service;
  • EDMCS – Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services;
  • ARCS – Account Reconciliation Cloud Services; and,
  • PCMCS – Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Services.

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader leading technical development of:

  • General Oracle EPM configuration;
  • Business Rule / Calculation Development;
  • Data Integration, EPM automate, EPM Integration Agent;
  • Master Data Management;
  • User Security Configuration and Management; and,
  • Report Development.
  • Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities with success managing the identification and addressing client needs: building relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and exposure of the common issues facing clients in their industry.
  • Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities with success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
  • Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven track record as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
  • Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader working with cloud based collaboration and project management tools.
  • Demonstrates proven communication through MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
