• You will have the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert in the Accounting and Finance work stream, hold key relationships with users and technology teams internally and externally, and mentor other Consultants and Analysts in your team to deliver best practice solutions. The work is varied across a diverse set of clients and industries.

• Oracle Cloud Specialist or Lead Consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules i.e. General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Cash Management
• Proven 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, upgrades & support projects with hands-on configuration skills.
• Responsible for leading ERP functional design phases with experience across the full software development life cycle.
• Ability to work independently, execute implementation projects following established guidelines/procedures and take initiative to explore and solve problems.
• Exceptional client service and client management skills; able to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration: set the direction and expectations for the team, align their strengths to tasks, and challenge them to raise the bar while providing support.
• Committed to maintaining and developing own skills and certifications; willing to learn, embrace challenges and be hands-on.
• Experience as an Accountant and/or Controller with a Chartered Accountant or similar qualification would be highly beneficial but not essential.
• Active Oracle Cloud Financials Certification is valued.
• Consulting experience with a large Tier 1 professional services organisation preferred but not essential.
