Job description: Business FunctionTechnology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of AI-powered co-pilot initiatives in the banking operations back-office.
• Act as the primary point of contact between different departments (e.g., business, technology, operations) and relevant third parties to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Communicate the strategies and objectives of the AI initiatives to relevant departments and colleagues, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the implementation of AI-based changes, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Oversee the sensitive and seamless implementation of AI-powered solutions, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
• Provide technical support and oversight for any technology-related issues that may arise during the implementation and operation of the AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team lead to manage the initiative and project budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Work closely with regional and local business units, as well as supporting functions, to deliver the AI-powered projects and initiatives.

Relevant Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with a focus on AI/ML.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and change management in the context of technology-driven transformations.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, processes, and IT infrastructure.
• Professional certifications in AI, machine learning, or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
