They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.Contract Period: 3 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $26.17 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid; onsite twice a week (Wednesday is team anchor day)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business HoursJob Responsibilities:

Provide a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function.
May contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives that strengthen our operating model/processes and elevate service quality.

Payments and equity knowledge and experience
Operations experience
MS Office Suite exp
Financial Market knowledge and experience
Customer service skills
Admin/data entry experience
Team Player
