Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Remote)
Open to candidates either in Ontario or the west (not east).Job Responsibilities:

• Finalize and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to FINTRAC
• Ensuring each STR passes FINTRAC validation
• Queue based
• Processes, Procedures and Quality must be adhered to

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Banking experience – minimum of 1 full year
• Eager and willingness to learn and grow
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Managing their own queue
• Strong quality of work, strong attention to detail
