Shift: Monday-Friday, Core Business Hours (Hybrid: 2 days in office – Wednesday and one other day of choice)

Opportunity for a 6-month contract with potential for extension and conversion to a permanent position. Work in a team of 13 people within a supportive environment.Responsibilities
Oversee a letter range for income events.
Perform general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities.
Contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives.
Provide operational support to the team.
Handle some phone work (approximately 5%).Qualifications
1-2 years of administrative experience. Payments and equity knowledge and experience. Operations experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Financial market knowledge and experience. Customer service skills. Admin/data entry experience. Team player. Banking experience is a strong asset. College or University Degree. VBA knowledge is a plus.Summary
