Job description: Join our team as an Operations Officer and play a key role in supporting our Estates team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to various back-office banking products within a supportive and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for triaging, reviewing, and processing estate files, ensuring accurate information updates, and collaborating with internal and external partners.Position: Operations Officer III
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM. Rotational schedule, planned 4 weeks in advance. Hybrid model: 2 days onsite (Tuesday is a fixed onsite day), fully onsite training for 3-4 weeks.

Your key responsibilities will include: supporting the estates team in file assignment; triaging, reviewing, and determining next steps for estate files; ensuring accurate information updates; utilizing spreadsheets; communicating effectively with partners; and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess: banking experience; strong communication and customer service skills; proficiency in meeting SLAs; strong attention to detail; critical thinking abilities; the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment; and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience with estates, wills, and death certificates is a plus. Post-secondary education is required. Candidates with experience in MM and FX products are preferred but not required.Summary
