Job description: This role provides a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and processing activities within Operations & Technology. The position supports partner relationships and maintains operational effectiveness to meet business objectives, Service Level Goals, and targets. The Operations Support Specialist reports to a Team Manager.Position: Operations Officer
Shift: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: 25
Location: Mississauga Hybrid, onsite twice a week – Tuesday/Thursday rotation and every WednesdayAdvantages

12 months contractResponsibilities
- Positively contribute to customer experience and loyalty.
- Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating when necessary.
- Create and recognize exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all processing and inquiries meet Service Level Goals.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established standards.
- Actively participate in daily touchpoints and work distribution.
- Contribute to satisfactory audits by following audit and process guidelines.
- Identify areas of risk and escalate as necessary.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Operations experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- MS Office Suite experience
- Business-to-business communication experience
- Ability to handle multiple work items at once
NICE TO HAVE:
- TD experience
- Security library experience
- Bilingual – French/English
- Accounting experience
- Real estate experience
