Job description: Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of cleaning services contracts
• Act as a business partner to develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Collaborate closely with internal parties of Head Office to ensure site operations in compliance with legislation, Company’s policies and directions
• Lead the operations team for maximizing the operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and enhance service quality standards for continuous improvement to meet clients’ need

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 5.5 work weeks
• Location: Chep Lak Kok
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in servicing industry preferably in cleaning business or property management
• Customer-oriented with good leadership and problem solving skills
• Good team player with strong sense of commitment and responsibilities
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistabt Operations Manager

• 與客戶建立並保持緊密的合作關係，提昇客戶服務質素
• 與總辦事處各部門緊密合作以確保工地營運符合法例、公司政策及方向
• 領導營運團隊以提高營運效率
• 持續改善及發展和提升服務質素水平以達至客戶需求

學歷要求 :

• 中五畢業或以上程度
• 5.5天工作週
• 地點：赤鱲角
• 3年或以上管理服務性行業經驗，具清潔服務或物業管理經驗更佳
• 良好領導才能及溝通技巧
• 具良好的客戶服務技巧、領導才能及解難技巧
• 具良好團隊精神及責任感
• 經驗較少者可被考慮為助理營運經理
