- Oversee operations and logistics of TramOramic Tour, including but not limited to replying sales and general inquiries, handling charter arrangement, etc.
- Maintain accurate financial and operations reports.
- Support the development of new tourism initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of special events and marketing campaigns.
Frontline Operations (On-tram)
- Oversee daily operations of TramOramic Tour on-site (twice per week), including but not limited to pre-tour preparation and post-tour clean up.
- Address passenger inquiries on board and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage passenger check-in and handle walk-in ticket sales.
- Ensure passengers’ safety by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tram throughout the tour.
- Support special promotional campaigns occasionally.
- Work on ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors/managers.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in any disciplines.
- Previous experience in tourism, customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- High adaptability in working modes and are willing to work outdoors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
