Job description: The Operations Assistant – Customer Financing is responsible for monitoring accounts taken out for bank collateral delivery and ensuringtheirtimely delivery within the DOU period. This role includes handling the collection of Real Property Tax (RPT) for bank-financed accountsandcoordinating with the Registration Team to ensure accounts are delivered to various stakeholders on time. Additionally, the Operations Assistant-Customer Financing manages accounts designated for buyback processes. He/ she is also expected to complete assigned service requestsandwork list within the standard processing time.
