Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in data entry, spreadsheet management, and coordination with various teams, including Project Administration, Payroll, Fleet, Safety, and Project Managers. Experience with construction contracts and AI tools is a strong asset. This is a full-time, in-office role reporting to the Director of Field Operations.Advantages

– Perform accurate data entry and maintain spreadsheets
– Coordinate with Project Admin, Payroll, Fleet, Safety teams, and Project Managers
– Assist with construction contracts and document management
– Support project workflows and administrative tasks
– Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivityQualifications
– Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction or field operations setting
– Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
– Knowledge of AI tools and construction contracts is an asset
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
