Job description: Job Scope

• Review operational risk management report, risk identification, assessment, monitoring, control or mitigation
• Perform operational risk assurance tasks and implement operational risk management model within all BU
• Draft, prepare, and formulate relevant risk management policies and procedures
• Regularly review the implementation of various risks and limits to ensure their effective implementation and execution
• Coordinate and monitor the risk management activities of various business departments
• Monitor business/supporting functions on remediation plans to address warning key risk indicators
• Conduct independent investigation and risk assessment program

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above in Risk Management, Finance, Statistics, or other related discipline
• 6 years or above working experience on audit, internal control or operational risk functions in financial industry
• Experience on investment banking, operational control or risk management is preferred
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
• Knowledge in brokerage business risk control and compliance management
• Excellent communication and coordination ability
