Job description: Qualifications Technical Skills Minimum 5 years experience with focus in Risk and Control, Operational Risk Governance, Internal/External Audit or Regulatory Compliance. Strong understanding of risk management tools and methodologies. Experience with Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) to identify and evaluate key risks, control effectiveness, potential gaps, and gaps remediation; Prior experience in working with first line of defense and second line of defense (2LOD) teams to establish strong risk management framework Experience in implementing, assessing, and designing risk management policies, procedures, standards, playbooks, etc. to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and ongoing client changing needs. Project and/or management experience would be considered an asset Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail Outstanding communication and influencing skills with peers and leaders alike (both written and verbal) Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with functional and business partners. Ability to drive multiple deliverables to a successful conclusion in a dynamic environment. Highly adaptable to changes, digitisation and new product/processes Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy with the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
