Working with global, diverse, and inclusive teams, we aim to guide and support you to unleash your skillset, explore your passions and make a positive impact beyond your role – Let’s Grow Together.Reporting to Controls and Reporting Manager, the Operational Performance Consultant is expected to assist with monitoring adherence to operational performance frameworks in order to ensure operational areas remain compliant with corporate, regulatory and legislative requirements to which the organization is expected to operate.Job AccountabilitiesAs Operational Performance Consultant, your role will involve:
- Demonstrates knowledge of relevant systems, processes and procedures.
- Help to resolve simple issues and develop procedures and help with seeking ways to improve them. Maintain accurate and appropriate records, producing timely management information to the agreed levels of quality.
- Demonstrate clear adherence to principles and attend all training and development courses required to ensure a high degree of workplace knowledge of processes and systems.
- Propose improved or new controls or revise operational processes in relation to area of specialism and identification of emerging risks.
- Perform and support the oversight of the effective operation of key governance frameworks Provide subject matter expertise and/or project resource to support the successful delivery of regulatory, legislative and/or Assurance change requirements as appropriate.
- Identify and escalate appropriate opportunities for improving business performance, with a focus on service delivery, governance, controls and cost efficiency. Providing broader team support as and where required taking responsibility for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
Job QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you’ll require
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or any related field.
- High level of financial service industry experience in a similar role is preferred within a customer service environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- Good working knowledge of MS-Office.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work in a fast moving, fluid and challenging environment.
