• Implementation and roll-out of Lean Management standards
• Operational Excellence/Lean Management projects
• Analysis and development of material flows (according to lean principles)
• Process development and harmonization
• Documentation of standards
• Support the Operational Excellence Team in yearly assessments

QualificationsQualificationsQualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management or Logistics
• Experience in Operational Excellence/Lean Management
• Understanding of lean principles, value stream mapping and waste reduction
• Good English and German skills
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, PowerBI and Celonis
• Experience in warehouse/sawing/milling processes
• Practical approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
