Job description: Our client, a Global Asset Manager, is looking for an Operational Due Diligence – Senior Analyst join their team based in London.Responsibilities below:
- Undertake Operational Due Diligence (ODD) on both ongoing and prospective investments, covering business structure, staffing, compliance / conflicts of interest, trade operations, cash controls, disaster recovery, valuation etc. and recommending action to external managers which requires additional comfort.
- Assisting with ODD process on new investment opportunities and refreshes.
- Compiling and reviewing background searches on key individuals and/or companies
- Creation of timely management information reporting to decision making groups and governance bodies based on information collated from investment managers.
