Approach us to find a right job!Operation Officer (Payment/Treasury/Loan settlement, Bank)Job Duties:

• Handle day-to-day treasury settlement operations for FX/MM, Fixed Income, Derivatives and Option transactions
• Handle inward and outward remittance, own account funds transfers and data capture, signature verification and settlement.
• Reconcile the receipt of RTGS payment, contact and liaise with counterparty to claim non-receipt well before the clearing cutoff time
• Post accounting entry for bank charges, account maintenance fee, interest income and withholding tax
• Handle customer deposit and the corresponding pre- and post-trade verification and settlement
• Liaise with relationship manager/customer for the disposal instruction of maturing deposits and subsequent processing in terms of payment execution
• Initial AML payment screening and escalation
• Handle pre and post settlement exception cases and investigation
• Prepare and reconcile daily & monthly reports
• Handle internal and external clients enquiries timely and investigate the issues as necessary
• Coordinate with team head in reengineering projects for continuous process improvement
• Handle ad-hoc and special assignments
• Handle RTGS queue management ensuring the designated throughput ratio is met at each interval as required by the HKMA
• Handle day-to-day Loan operations for Syndicated loan and bilateral loan covering disbursement, rollover, follow up on payment of interest & principal.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 5 years or above working experience in Treasury , Loan settlement and payment operations
• Solid experience with SWIFT, CHATS, CMU, HKTR and Easyway/Euroclear
• Good analytical, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
