The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:Support Senior Wedding Channel Manager to aaccelerate Wedding business growth, to deep dive Wedding channel and customer development, finding more business opportunity to drive sales contribution.Main Responsibilities:Support Wedding Channel Development

• Responsible for Wedding business with maintaining current business momentum and develop more opportunities;
• Keep developing Sales Volume ;
• Continuously assist to develop business opportunities, build up new channels gradually in align with the Wedding strategy;
• Aligned with trading term, prices structure and trade support with cross functional teams, for different sub channel and customer.

Customer & Distributor Management

• Assist to maintain strategic relationships with key customers/distributors based on a depth understanding of the requirements of business.
• Coordinate annual negotiation of channel customers/distributors and sign up annual contract for channel assigned.
• Monitor and control customer inventory leveraging data analysis, control and supervise terminal prices and customer expenses.

Other tasks assigned by line manager or companyWho we are looking for:

• 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years of special channel management in similar industry.
• The experience handling Gas station business is mandatory, new products listing experience is in priority.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong selling and negotiation skill;
• Good knowledge of Consumer Insights/Market research, experience in distributor management is a plus;
• Excellent communications skills in English, written and oral.
