Role Overview:As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Generating and nurturing leads through engaging calls, tailored emails, and virtual demos.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Managing CRM records to track sales progress and effectively handle customer inquiries.
Collaborating closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Closing deals with incoming leads promptly.
Availability during standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. Include the keyword in the Subject line “DREAM JOB”

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service (experience in tax software or financial services is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English language.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., GHL) and video conferencing platforms.
A proactive self-starter with reliable internet, capable of thriving in an independent work environment.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, requiring availability from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. After a 6-month probationary period, you’ll qualify for 3 vacation days and 3 sick days.How to Apply:
