We are seeking a solution-oriented Digital Retail Analyst who deeply understands the issues within our returns system and can lead initiatives that deliver immediate, clear results. If you’re an expert in data analysis, possess creative problem-solving skills, and can extract actionable insights that drive real improvements, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:In-Depth Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze sales and returns data by size, region, date, and customer feedback.
Identify trends, patterns, and critical factors contributing to high return rates.Problem Identification & Root Cause Analysis:
Conduct root cause analysis for returns, with a focus on size-based products.
Pinpoint gaps in product descriptions, sizing charts, and customer communication.Developing & Proposing Clear Solutions:
Formulate immediate and precise strategies to improve product selection and fit.
Implement solutions such as updating product descriptions, enhancing sizing charts, and managing A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes.Monitoring, Measurement & Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of implemented changes on return rates.
Present clear reports and insights to management and cross-functional teams, along with recommendations for further improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, development, and customer service teams to ensure rapid and effective implementation of solutions.Job Requirements:2-3 years of experience in data analysis within the digital retail space, with a proven track record in solving complex problems.
Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI).
Experience managing A/B tests and executing data-driven changes.
Ability to extract precise insights and develop clear, immediate solutions.
