Having built these basic pillars of trust (and creating a profitable venture with 300+ full-time people in the process), we now want our imagination to be let loose and think of avenues never explored, and execute in ways never implemented before.- In this pursuit, we are looking for a motivated invididuals with experience in designing and implementing a strategic plan that covers a wide customer base and helps in establishing a strong market presence.Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for existing Background Verification partners, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships int he HRTech space and create mutual value for both parties.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.- Conduct product training sessions for existing partners, ensuring comprehensive understanding of our offerings and capabilities.- Manage partner lead assignment and collaborate closely with the internal sales team to track and report progress to partners as needed.- Facilitate periodic cadence calls to optimize partner engagement and drive conversion.- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, including communication logs, agreements, and performance metrics.- Support the development of partnership strategies and initiatives to achieve organizational goals (ref:updazz.com)
