  • Responsible as SAP system role expert. Maintaining and implementing any SAP upgrade.
  • Responsible in training others regards to SAP workflow.
  • Responsible for COGI handling for ASA Hub.
  • Lead in SAP/WMS improvement activities.
  • Lead in process continuous improvement activities such as daily section meeting, Point CIP activities, Bosch Production System (BPS) projects etc.
  • Setting of standards for SAP/WMS workflow.
  • Work closely with other functions and overseas teams for enhancement to SAP/WMS system.
  • Responsible for ASA Hub Inventory management, movement and accuracy by leading periodical inventory count and related activities.
  • Lead in inventory accuracy improvement activities.
  • Monitor External Warehouse LSP’s KPI performance and recommending improvement activities.
  • Lead in monitoring and analysis to external warehouse storage capacity and capability.
  • Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline with related working experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics Operation and/or SAP/WMS role expert
  • Must be computer literature – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Exposure and experience to SAP or WMS.
  • Exposure and experience in 3PL Warehousing Management background.
  • Independent and mature mindset.
  • Project leadership and communication skill at all levels, with internal or external contact.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Self-Motivate and high discipline
  • Possess positive attitude and mindset
