Job description: Job Description:1. Tracking & Monitoring Trade GL and Account
a. To tracking & update Daily/Weekly/monthly reconciliations report of Trade GL to ensure all entries are in order or adjustment have been done by Trade Operation (if any).
b. Prepare and tracking journal entries for TSN COLLECTION, CLEARING, BCB RECOVERY, TSN LHDN & CAKNA ACCOUNT to ensure all IN/OUT payment are relevant with TRADE transaction.
c. Analysis variances between GL and actual figures and forward to Trade Operation for justification.
d. Manual posting in Trade GL via ADI due to adjustment for variance or system limitation
2. Trade Documents and Swift Message
a. Receiving Documents from Courier Services
i. Check received documents for completeness and accuracy.
ii. Enter details into a tracking system (date received, sender, Document Ref. No., Tracking no.).
iii. Delegate to appointed Trade Operation PIC
b. Sending Out Document
i. Ensure documents are tallied as per list of documents from Trade Operation PIC and Documents are ready to hand over to Courier Services.
ii. Keep acknowledgement as records and evident that document have been successfully sending Out and in order (including delivery confirmations).
c. Swift Message (Incoming & Outgoing)
i. Collect physical swift message from designated Printer
ii. Sorting and verify incoming/Outgoing messages to ensure it related to Trade Transaction
iii. Verify and ensure physical printing are tallied and in sync with system report details (Outgoing) etc. date, time, ref., message type.
