• Prepare accounts receivable and other journal entries and review account payable entries, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Establish protocols for consistent record-keeping and reconciliation
• Issuance of invoices and account receivable reconciliations, providing regular updates and following up on outstanding items
• Prepare cashflow forecast to ensure compliance with liquidity capital requirements and maintain adequate cash reserves
• Preparation of month-end closing activities, financial reports and analysis
• Prepare management reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy and alignment with business objectives
• Conduct expense analyses, identifying significant variance against budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Maintain and update fixed assets records, ensuring data accuracy in the system
• Preparation of statutory reports (for example, government survey, audited reports and FRR)
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and year-end audit processes

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Experience in using SunSystem is preferred * Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
