Support Account Investigation Section and cross section support to all sections of the Department including but not limit to Bank Confirmation and Document Retrieval.Main Responsibilities:

• Handle account enquires and information requests from various solicitors, Accounting firms, and regulatory bodies
• Block / debit / close account for bankrupt / liquidation / tax recovery and issue cashier order as required
• Retrieve required account information / documents from various systems
• Ensure the administration, processing and operations of responsible job in compliance with established policies, guidelines and procedures
• Ensure all responsible cases can be completed within deadline
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties, review and update departmental operations manual / terminal guideline as assigned by supervisor
• Involve in projects and participation in UAT where required

Incumbent Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• Minimum 3 years experience in banking operations
• Require broad knowledge of bank operations and customer requirements
• PC literacy is an advantage
• Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
