Job description: Accountabilities and activitiesTo handle group package plan renewalTo serve agents/brokers/HRs and maintain good relationship with them with the aim to build up a strong customer base with them.Provide daily service support and complaint handling, aim at offering the best in class services to our strategic business partners and clients.To continuously look for ways to upskill and improve services standards for Bupa intermediaries.Willing to involve in projectsTo be successful in the position, you should haveHKDSE or equivalent with 2-3 years more related experience (Preferably insurance field)Possess valid general insurance licenceHighest levels of integrity and trustGood presentation, communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer focus and result-orientedGood service attitude, positive and ‘can do’ attitude.Good communication & listening skills, able to work well with peopleProficiency in both written and spoken English and ChineseComputer literacy in the use of MS OfficeBupa offers 5 days’ work per week and comprehensive remuneration packages including base salary, study assistance plan, company pension plan, life and medical benefit, dental benefit, annual leave, examination leave, etc.Bupa is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
